  • Fulltime | Permanent opportunity

  • 110k base + super + 10k bonus
  • Must have experience in healthcare or FMCG brands

About the role:

This position reports to the local Sales Manager.

The incumbent will have a diverse range of sales experience in branded within the pharmaceutical industry and be able to demonstrate the following:


  • Build and execute strategic & commercial sales plans for products through our customer base or through the customers you bring in.
  • Develop and nurture key customer contacts within branded customers.
  • Conduct highlevel commercial discussions and negotiate volume & margins.
  • Identify new opportunities and develop these into commercial outcomes.
  • Liaise with both existing and new clients, to develop and manufacture their products.
  • Deliver and manages highquality products on time and within budget, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements by working closely with QA, Operations, Production, and Costing
  • Develop and implement branded strategies and plans to meet business objectives.
  • Manage branded projects from initiation through to completion.

  • Relationship Management: The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including understanding their needs and expectations, and effectively communicating with them.

The ability to negotiate contracts and pricing, and to close deals that maximize profitability and revenue for the organization.


  • Business Acumen: The ability to understand and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and financial reports to identify areas for growth and improvement.

The ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with internal and external stakeholders, including colleagues, customers, and vendors.

  • Results-Driven: The ability to prioritize and focus on activities that drive results, and to measure and track progress towards achieving goals and objectives.

Qualifications and Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in sales management for FMCG brands
  • Experience in selling products into chemists, supermarket, or health products retail shops
  • Customercentric and with a deep understanding of our customer's needs and preferences.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
