    Remedi, a specialist remedial solutions company within the Binah group, is dedicated to transforming Australia's built environment. They provide services such as façade and cladding remediation, structural rectification, and water management.     Your New Role:
    As the Business Development Manager (BDM) at Binah Remedial you will play a crucial role in promoting the brand, increasing project leads, and driving growth. The BDM collaborates with executives and teams to propose innovative ideas to boost revenue.

    You should have experience in business development and sales from a remedial, sub-contractor, or facilities management/strata background. Being a proactive, self-motivated individual with a strategic business mindset is essential.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Understand the business plan and gain a detailed understanding of the current business strategy and culture.
    • Promote and enhance the Remedial business plan while strategizing market connections.
    • Gain deep knowledge of the business model and process, from tendering to project completion and occupation.
    • Collaborate with the wider team to implement an effective sales strategy, promoting quality connections and securing valuable leads.
    • Build relationships and pipelines to support business growth.
    • Expand the client base through networking events, business prospect research, and lead generation for tendering and operations teams.
    • Develop business proposals for new clients and present and promote the business at networking events.
