Senior management opportunity to join the Aged, Cancer & Continuing Care team as an Operations Manager - Subacute and non-acute assessment and pathways (SNAP).


About the role


Based at Footscray Hospital, this permanent full time role reports to the Divisional Director whilst managing the busy SNAP team.

The SNAP Operations Manager is a key member of the division leadership team, and is responsible for the provision of seamless transition from the acute episode of care to the most appropriate subacute or non-acute service.


To be Successful in this Role you will:

  • Hold registration with AHPRA as a registered nurse or allied health professional
  • Have extensive clinical and management experience with a large complex health care or other relevant organisation
  • Have the leadership capabilities as outlined in the position description
  • Motivated and enthusiastic with a 'can do' attitude
