    Description

    We are currently seeking experianced HR Driver's to join our fast-growing East Coast team and clients, on site in Creastmead (Logan). This position will be 6 months casual, with a view to move to permanent full time direct with the client. Hours worked will be an afternoon shift of 2pm to 11pm, Monday to Friday.

    Category 5 Labour Management is an Australian owned success story, a leading provider of full-service labour management solutions, supporting the local communities in which we operate and the people within them.

    Duties Include:

    • Perform loading and unloading duties of liquid waste across a range of waste streams, which may include septic, industrial waste waters and packaged wastes.
    • Maintain a professional image of the Company and deliver high quality customer service at all times.
    • Operate vehicles and equipment in accordance with training, instructions or operating procedures and company regulations.
    • Perform daily maintenance and safety checks on vehicle and/or equipment as and when required.
    • Ensure all tools and equipment used in the performance of work is safe to use & stored in a clean & correct manner.

    Experience & Qualifications

    • Heavy Rigid (HR) Minimum
    • Current dangerous goods license, not essential (Preferred)
    • Knowledge and experience in the transportation of dangerous goods (Preferred)
    • Vacuum loading experience– not essential – Training provided (Preferred)
    • Waste Industry knowledge and experience (preferred)

    • Be exceptionally organised, with a strong ability to multi-task and prioritise under pressure.
    • Have good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
