About the role
The Academic Coordinator coordinates the work outputs of the Client Services Officers to provide client services support to academic portfolios and students, in accordance with North Metropolitan TAFE's policies and procedures. You will work collaboratively with key stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate timetable management and enrolments for the campus, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing dynamic solutions to existing issues while maintaining data integrity. Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing across North Metropolitan TAFE and training Client Services staff as required. Please note this is not a teaching or lecturing role.
