    The opportunity

    We aim to provide the best possible service and experience for our users. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in optimising our IT systems and vendor platforms to drive operational efficiency. This exciting opportunity will provide expert advice, analysis and support for IT systems and process design. The role will require you to collaborate closely with stakeholder across business units to understand requirements and develop and document solutions.     In this position you will undertake but not be limited to:

    • Provide advice and analysis support for IT systems and process design identifying and actioning change
    • Review recommend and lead the implementation of enhancements to business platforms ensuring they align with business objectives.
    • Lead and review systems documentation that clearly communicates design intent, user experience, systems and business processes, issues and risks
    • Act as the technical liaison between the Fund and our host provider effectively managing communication
    • Establish workflows and consistent standards for platform usage, ensuring end users maximise utilisation
    • Coordinate issue management with vendors related to platforms, tracking incidents and problems and assisting in timely resolution

    To be successful in this role you will possess:

    • Significant experience as a systems analyst or similar role
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management including the ability to deliver presentations and convey complex technical concepts
    • In depth knowledge of IT systems and vendor platforms including configuration and integration
    • Great customer service with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
    • An awareness of regulatory requirements as they relate to data governance and information security
    • Action orientated
