About the role

Sound interesting? Here's what we're looking for:
Understanding of/exposure to any of the following technologies: Microsoft, Unix, Linux based environments, Java and/or Visual Basic Applications

Exposure to Oracle RDBMS or SQL Server databases

Understanding of the ITIL service management framework

Tertiary Qualifications in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field deemed suitable

Excellent troubleshooting, problem solving and analytical skills.

ITIL certification would be highly regarded

Excellent customer service skills

Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, both written and verbal

Ability to develop and maintain constructive work relationships at all levels within ICT, across business staff and external partners

Demonstrated ability to exercise initiative and high-level judgement, objectivity and logic and work with broad direction to determine the best course of action
