Overview:

Clarrow are working alongside one of the most exciting and fastest growing Melbourne based MSP's. Our client requires a Systems Analyst that has experience with Level 1 support.

Their client base is some of the largest institutions, enterprises and corporate businesses Australia has to offer.


Our client promotes a healthy work life balance, with 4 days a week WFH and 1 day either in the office or Onsight with clients.


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborating with IT Service Coordinator regarding escalations.
  • Communicate progress on incidents and requests by providing timely updates or changes to both client contact & internal teams.
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
  • Competent in communicating technical information to end users.
  • Participate in On-Call shift rotation.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for solutions that grow and maximise the clients investment in IT.
  • Escalate service or requests that cannot be completed within the service level agreement.

Requirements:


  • Experience supporting & troubleshooting windows, apple computer systems, iOS & Android mobile platforms as well as current versions of Microsoft 36
  • Experience supporting & trouble shooting peripherals such as Multi-Function Printers, Scanners, and webcams.
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience at a helpdesk/or Side Support Experience.
  • Must have PR or Australian Citizenship.

Benefits:


  • Salary Pack up to $65,000 + Super
  • Only one day per week in the office (4 days work from home)
  • Bonus' offered for timely completion of projects.
