    Responsibilities

    As the Integrations Team Lead, your role will be to inspire and manage team members, determine the operational efficiency and overall performance of the Integrations application team.

    You will ensure the teams SLA's are met, measure and influence the quality of customer interactions and build and foster a positive culture based on the DuluxGroup Values and Behaviours. You will also act as an escalation point of contact for integration incidents and be process oriented.

  • Promote and champion a positive, supportive and outcome focused team culture with internal team members and stakeholders alike
  • Determine and drive the team's focus to deliver the required operational quality and efficiency
  • Reduce silos through collaborative actions
  • Ensure all team members understand their role and are suitably skilled to perform accordingly
  • Seek to assist and guide team members through their DG career journey
  • Work with the Integrations team and business stakeholders on future integrations architecture
  • Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years' experience in a similar Team Lead position preferably in the Integrations space
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills across communication, presentation, data analysis, reporting and documentation skills
  • Proven stakeholder management skills and the ability to easily build rapport with a strong customer service focus
  • Ability to work under pressure whilst being organised, detail-oriented, accurate and thorough
  • Experience with integration tools desirable but not essential
  • Excellent problem-solving ability resolving complex issues and working with diverse stakeholders.
