About the role
Reporting into the Manager IT Service & Support, you will manage the activities of the DGTech Service Desk.


You will nurture team members, team initiatives and be involved with delivering first line support services to the greater DuluxGroup organisation.

You will promote operational efficiencies and overall performance of the front door to DGTech.


The role is based out of Clayton and is a brilliant opportunity to make an impact across the business by navigating excellence and continuous improvement solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and contribute to the improvement of the delivery of IT staff and services, primarily (but not exclusively) in the IT Service and Support team
  • Reduce silos through collaborative actions
  • Maintain fit for purpose and fit for use processes, technologies, and behaviours to enhance the Service Desk function
  • Ensure all support and requests are handled effectively and efficiently within KPIs, maintaining a customer focus

Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in leading service desk team
  • Proven stakeholder management skills and the ability to easily build rapport with a strong customer service focus
- experience in retail or distribution environment is preferable

  • Tertiary qualifications
