Outlook's Disability Services include a range of community based activities, life skills and independent living, recreational and leisure activities, employment readiness for school leavers and in home support services.

This position is responsible for ensuring service offerings are delivered within the NDIS framework and within legislative compliance.

The role will provide guidance to teams to ensure customer support plans are achieved, supervision, mentoring, coaching, development of our support worker teams and supporting our clients.


This is an exciting opportunity be part of the leadership team and enhance Outlook's capacity to provide excellence in services in supporting the team and meeting the needs of our customers.


About you


You are a strong leader with drive and passion to see people with a disability achieve their life goals and who will embrace the values and purpose of Outlook, which includes genuine care for all.


Your experience will include supporting people with personal care and complex needs, delivering a broad range of person-centered services and knowledge and understanding of all aspects of provision of disability services in line with the NDIS framework and contract management.

You are positive, energetic, flexible and an innovative thinker who enjoys working in a faced pace environment. You will possess excellent communication, administration and problem-solving skills.

Your experience in understanding and delivering organisational outcomes, aligned to Outlook's strategic plan will ensure success in this role.
