    Description

    This client I am working with is looking to hire two project managers, who are looking to work in a very rewarding environment. As they are involved in the Not for profit space they will be looking for like minded people who have had experience in this space or are extremely passionate about being a part of it. There focus is to design and deliver innovative ways with young people to strengthen their mental health and well-being, you will be a part of a team to deliver authentic, progressive and inclusive services to build a brighter future with youth. Your role will sit within the digital and technology services team focusing on the overall direction and end to end project management nationally.

    Opportunity:

    • Lead application project development from inception to completion, aligning with business goals and stakeholder requirements.
    • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management.
    • Develop comprehensive activity, resource, and project plans, along with communication documents.
    • Ensure timely and clear communication of project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
    • Manage contractors, suppliers, and sponsors, monitoring performance against project plans and milestones.
    • Uphold project management standards, including scheduling, milestone tracking, and risk management.

    Selection Criteria:

    • Skill in developing policies and guidelines for solutions and applications.
    • Ability to influence stakeholders and manage vendors effectively.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently in time-sensitive environments.
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills for diverse collaboration.
    • Capability to work autonomously or as part of a team.

    Desirable:

    • Familiarity with digital project management and deployment.
    • Previous success in delivering integrated applications.
    • Knowledge of service design, user experience, usability, and accessibility principles.
