    Are you a results-driven and highly skilled Infrastructure Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully deploying devices in complex environments? Do you thrive in fast-paced, dynamic settings and possess exceptional organizational and communication skills? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end infrastructure projects, from planning and resource allocation to execution and successful completion.
    • Device Deployment: Utilize your expertise in deploying various devices, ensuring seamless integration within existing infrastructure and systems.
    • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and technical support, to align project goals and deliverables.
    • Budget and Timeline Management: Monitor project budgets and timelines, making necessary adjustments to maintain project progress and financial targets.
    • Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes to ensure devices are deployed according to industry standards and company specifications.
    • Reporting: Provide regular project updates, status reports, and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
    • Innovation: Contribute your insights to enhance deployment processes, identifying areas for improvement and streamlining operations.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Project Management; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
    • Proven experience of 5+ as an Infrastructure Project Manager, with a focus on successful device deployment.
    • Solid understanding of IT and AV devices, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
    • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Excellent leadership and interpersonal abilities, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
    • Exceptional communication skills to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in project management tools/software
    • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and unforeseen challenges.
