    About the role
    As motivated and friendly & reliable Customer Service Officer you will provide a friendly and helpful service to everyone who emails or calls but also the whole internal team. You will have a passion for helping others and are keen to learn and grow.

    Duties

    • Provide customers with the best experience across all levels
    • Be responsible for emails, calls and everything in between while ensuing a clean and tidy work environment
    • Serve customers and retails at a very fast pace
    • Work as part of a supportive and inclusive team

    Skills & experience

    • Previous experience in customer service / administrative position
    • A genuine passion for customer service
    • Able to approach , connect and confidently interact with customers and team members
    • An eagerness to learn about products
    • To act with integrity, be safe and do your best
    • The ability to work flexible hours
