Description

Our client is a global ERP Software Vendor and is looking for an Project Coordinator / Junior Project Manager to manage the administration activities for a major client side ERP software implementation project. The role will be focussed on supporting the project through admin, documentation and coordination duties.

The Details

6 month contract - based in Sydney - hybrid role (not remote sorry) - option to be longer term

Start within 2 weeks of an offer

Requirements

IT Project Coordination experience in a corporate environment
Software application projects experience, specifically ERP

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Project Manager and working closely with their consultants you will assist in ensuring

Project management systems are maintained with up to date with project information and project documentation
Regular follow ups to ensure projects are moving along with desired pace and quality
Weekly follow ups with clients to ensure they are up to date with project progress
Documentation of project checkpoints and change orders where appropriate
Identifying project risks and facilitating the appropriate escalation to Project Manager for resolution.
