    Location: 2 days per week in Central Office, Joondalup, and 3 days per week from other Alta-1 locations (South, East, or North Metro)

    About the People and Culture department
    This department focuses onEmployee Experience, Human Resources, and Learning and Developmentto nurture a positive workplace culture and support employee growth.

    Employee Experience Team
    This team designs processes aligned with the college's vision, emphasizing organizational health and innovative practices.

    Human Resources Team
    Responsible for HR functions, ensuring compliance with laws, recruitment, benefits admin, and employee relations.

    Learning and Development Team
    Focused on enhancing employee growth through training and development initiatives.

    About You
    As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing HR operations and ensuring alignment with business goals. Your strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with conflict resolution abilities, make you an ideal fit for this role.

    Job Responsibilities
    Your tasks will include but are not limited to:

    • Developing and implementing HR policies
    • Overseeing recruitment and selection processes
    • Managing employee relations and performance
    • Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes
    • Ensuring HR records compliance

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field OR equivalent experience
    • 5 years of HR management experience or as a HR Generalist
    • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
    • Demonstrated passion for supporting Disengaged, Disadvantaged, or At-Risk Individuals
