An exciting opportunity has become available for a
Manager Human Resources to join our evolving organisation as we bring our new Strategic Plan to life.


We are seeking an experienced, dynamic Human Resources Practitioner to join us and to be part of the team leading the ongoing success of our people, which is paramount in delivering essential services to the community.

This pivotal role will have a strategic focus and ensure quality customer focused HR services are delivered to support SensesWA to reach its organisational outcomes.


Reporting directly to the Chief Experience Officer (CXO), you'll bring passion and skill in supporting others through change, to build an engaging and empowering culture and a professional environment where we challenge each other to do things better.


Your expertise, ideas and energetic stakeholder management approach to embed the Employee Engagement Framework across the organisation and to ensure our diverse workforce is confident, capable and happy.


Accountabilities include:


  • Employee and industrial relations.
  • Developing strategies that enhances a positive industrial environment and empowering employee culture.
  • Develop an effective Performance Appraisal and Development process.
  • Learning and Development.
  • Recruitment and retention.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Tertiary level qualification in Human Resources Management.
  • Demonstrated experience the management of an endtoend service provision of the human resources function within a multidisciplinary organisation.
  • Proven capacity to operate both strategically and operationally in the areas of Recruitment, Employee Relations and contemporary HR practices.
  • Demonstrated experience and understanding of negotiating Enterprise Agreements.
  • Interpersonal skills which positively build effective working relationships, drive engagement, motivate staff and influence change.
