    Join the Civmec Team

    Civmec have an opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a small projects team. This is based at our Henderson corporate offices and will be working closely with a small team of Project Managers and Engineers. This role will suit someone who is agile, can think on their feet and enjoys challenges. Flexible work arrangements are available for the right person. Initially this position will be a 3 day a week role and transition in to a full time role.

    The Role

    • Support the project management team in the delivery of general administration duties
    • Organise travel and accommodation bookings
    • Presentation preparation
    • Diary and meeting minutes management
    • Project organisational chart management
    • Interface with support services and project teams
    • General cost controlling including, invoicing, MR creation and maintenance and expense claims
    • Coordinate inductions when required
    • File documents and ensure accurate records management
    • Assist logistics and engineers with procurement when required

    About You

    To be successful in the role you will possess the following:

    • Previous experience in the field of administration.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
    • Strong problem solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Time management skills.
