ABOUT THE ROLE

This role is a Permanent full-time position based in our head office in Wangara, Perth.
We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Project Administrator to join our dynamic team.

The role will support business improvements through consistency and reliability in financial information reported from project through the Project Administration Team.


Other key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Be responsible for implementing cost control, cost tracking, site-based accounting and administrative systems and procedures across the projects.
  • Develop your skills to support business improvements and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and/ or reliability in processes, e.g., in project reporting.
  • Allow you to build effective relationships at all levels as you collaborate with Project Staff, Finance, HR, Payroll, Workshop and Office Staff, to provide an effective service.
  • Give you exposure to clients, suppliers, subcontractors, external consultants, regulatory bodies, and Councils, expanding your knowledge and experience of civils projects.
  • Involve a high volume of flight bookings, both to site, and from various locations Australiawide; roster management; and mobilisation of crew.

ABOUT YOU
You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:

  • Cert III Business Administration, or similar.
  • Minimum 2 years proven experience in site administration, preferably in the construction industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and build effective relationships at all levels
  • Able to manage and prioritise multiple tasks.
