Our client is a global energy company who is active at every stage of the value chain: from natural gas and oil to co-generated electricity and renewables, including both traditional and bio refining and chemicals.

We require an experienced Project Administrator to work from our client's Perth based head office for a 12 month, full time contract role.

We anticipate that this role will commence July 202- Centrally located with easy access to public transport- Flexible contractor engagement (PAYG, Pty Ltd Company or Family/Discretionary Trusts)

Local, inhouse payroll team

Responsibilities:

The Role

Key responsibilities include but aren't limited to:

Control and manage administrative functions.
Assist Project Document Controller in organising the information systems related to the documentation management and maintain traceability of project documentation.
Timely and accurate execution of cost controls updating cost documentation and allocating costs to the right cost elements, highlighting any variance with respect to the plan.
Support the project budget preparation, structure and manage contracts.
Ensure timely and accurate costs reporting.
Manage the administrative and accounting system of project costs (supported by software tools
SAP), supporting requisitions, job orders and certifications.

Qualifications:

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in a similar role within the Oil and Gas industry required
Sharepoint, SAP and budgeting & accounting systems experience required
Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and an organised approach to work
