    Description
    Our client is a boutique, family-owned company that focuses on high-caliber residential property across the north side of Brisbane, and has done so for almost 2 decadesThis unique position will have you managing off-the-plan properties. This position is open due to growth and would suit a pro-active, self-starter with 5+ years of PM experience.
    Day to day your role will include, but will not be limited to:
    • WFH flexibility
    • Experienced PM to support you
    • Entry, Exit and Routine inspections
    • Leasing & processing applications
    • Tenancy agreements and notices
    • Arranging repairs & maintenance
    • Arrears Management
    • Prepare and attend QCAT hearings if needed
    • Day-to-day communication with residents and owners
    • Working within a Strata & Body Corporates environment
    • Building management / caretaking
    • Using PropertyMe software

    To be considered for this role you must:
    • Have previous experience in Onsite Property Management
    • QLD Certificate of Registration
    • Legislation knowledge
    • Strong attention to detail & organisational skills
    • Outstanding telephone manner & time management
    • Corporate presentation
