What this job involves
We seek an experienced Property Manager to manage a luxurious residential portfolio based in West End. You will manage the Property Management team to ensure growth of the business and key stakeholders' expectations are exceeded.

You will have proven experience in property management, be a strong communicator, and have a natural talent for team management, building and maintaining relationships.

A snapshot of the role:

Monitoring the performance and effectiveness of the Property Management Team
Increasing the management pool of the complex
Manage and mentor the property management team to optimise profitability
Conducting performance meetings ensuring KPI's are achieved
Improving systems, processes to ensure the business efficiencies

Sound like you? This is what we're looking for:

You will have a strong background in residential property management, proven business development skills, implementing procedures and an eye for detail.

You will be required to maintain a strong relationship with owners and team members. Being organised and proactive to your work is crucial and having real estate qualifications is essential.

Strong communication and customer service skills are sought, along with an understanding of the current rental property legislation, excellent reporting, and MS office skills.
