Attention experienced property managers We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated property manager to join an amazing team in inner city Brisbane.

Responsibilities:

Manage a property portfolio of 60 properties
Oversee all aspects of property management, including leasing, maintenance, rent collection, and budgeting
Maintain regular communication with tenants, landlords, and vendors to ensure a smooth operation of properties
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with lease agreements and identify any necessary repairs
Address tenant complaints and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of property management experience
Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations related to property management
Strong organisational and problemsolving skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software

Compensation:

Salary of up to $80,000 per year plus superannuation
Amazing location, with incredible culture, only 60 properties within portfolio, no trust accounting
