Property Manager - High Rise Environment:


$70k Plus Entitlements:


Full Time Management employment, Greater Brisbane Region:
WE ARE HIRING EXPERIENCED PROPERTY MANAGER/S TO JOIN OUR MANAGEMENT TEAM
This role requires an experienced Property Manager for an ongoing assignment. The properties are all in a resort-style inner city complex of Brisbane. No Need to travel or use car.
To be considered for this position you will possess the following:
Well presented and strong interpersonal skills
Loyal and dedicated
Warm and friendly and makes a great first impression
Team orientated and a team player
Willing to offer exceptional customer service both when seeing clients in the office and out greeting owners and tenants
Good computer skills and administration skills
Good level of initiative & existing Property Management knowledge
Familiar with use of Console Cloud is an advantage

The Role:
Entry & Exit inspections
Schedule & execute routine inspections
Arranging repairs & maintenance
Invoicing tenant
Bond refund
