Property Manager
Our client is a modern group with expertise across all facets of Real Estate.

As part of a large successful office, you will be a dynamic and motivated Property Manager looking for a stable, long term role within property management.

As the Property Manager your role will manage a clean and modest sized portfolio of properties with admin assistance and no trust accounting, no leasing and no weekends

Working within a family orientated office, you will work autonomously. This is a business with a close knit, family feel where everyone works as a team.

As the Property Manager your duties will be:

  • All facets of full portfolio management, entries, exits, landlord and tenant liaison.
  • Nurturing a clean and tidy portfolio
  • A supportive and sociable team environment
  • No leasing
  • No weekends
