You might be an Assistant Property Manager ready to take the leap into a PM role, where you will have ongoing support from a fantastic mentor who manages a really dynamic team of industry professionals.

In this role you will work closely with our Associate Director in delivering exemplary customer service and efficiently and effectively managing a portfolio of assets by performing a mixture of leasing and property management tasks.

A snapshot of the day-to-day duties.
Liaising with landlords/ tenants being the first point of contact

Managing leasing arrangements and critical dates

Property inspections

Reporting

Attending internal/ external meetings

Maintenance of financial and legal aspects of the portfolio on the JLL Property Management system

Working closely with colleagues to maximise the efficiency of your portfolio and implementing future process improvements

As the successful applicant, you'll be a confident self-starter who is looking to further develop your career in commercial property.

You thrive on providing the highest level of customer service, enjoy building relationships with people, possess excellent communication skills, can juggle multiple tasks, and work as part of our dynamic team.

A positive attitude is essential, because we are passionate about creating true connections amongst our teams and ensuring our colleagues feel part of the big picture.

Not only will you have the chance to really build your network within our Property & Asset Management division, but also have daily interaction and collaboration with other service lines e.g., Project Management, Valuations, Leasing, and Capital Markets.

Also required is a Sales/ Agent Certification or Real Estate Licence.
