About the role:


  • Communicating with Landlords/Tenants and Tradespeople
  • Implementing rental reviews and lease renewals
  • Repairs and maintenance
  • Entry and Exit Inspections
  • Rental Arrears

About you:


  • Ideally 2+ years experience as a Property Manager
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in property management software ideally PropertyMe
  • Current certificate of registration
  • Reliable car and valid drivers licence
