About You
We are looking for a Retail Transformation Consultant with extensive Convenience retail knowledge with experience in:
Atleast 5 years of Energy, Fuel retail OR convenience store industry consulting
Process and technology experience in the following areas/capabilities:
o Site Operations, back office and head office retail transformations
o Physical to Digital Retail Transformations – (E-Commerce)
o Customer Experience & Experience Design
o Store Optimisation
o Frictionless Customer Experience
