    Description
    Have you always wanted to work for Australia's largest Health and Care company? The objective of this role is to be a key contributor in supporting Analytics, Insights and Claims Integrity to deliver their vision of making healthcare affordable and helping to execute on the Health Insurance Strategy. You will support the General Manager of Analytics, Insights and Claims Integrity to deliver a broad range of transformation activities based on strategic objectives. The role demands an independent operator, motivated and driven to achieve results yet has a flexible yet creative approach to a broad range of problems.   • Support the execution of the Analytics, Insights and Claims Integrity roadmap through wide engagement within the team and in other areas of the business.
  • Document and prepare reports/ papers/presentations in support of the transformation agenda.
  • Liaise with cross functional teams to identify pain points, opportunities, and areas where processes can be optimised or redesigned, achieving strong return on investment.
  • Assist the Analytics, Insights and Claims Integrity leadership team in the development of opportunities and identification of capability or operational gaps that need to be filled.
  • Assist with designing and implementing new operating models for the teams, helping the functional leads to define qualitative/ quantitative metrics and coach team members on new ways of working.
  • Provide support in coaching and upskilling functional teams within Analytics, Insights and Claims Integrity to think differently and maximise outcomes through sustained change.
  • Support requirements gathering via workshops, interviews and desktop research.
  • Use data to determine root causes of problems and ensuring proposed solutions are sustainable from the people, process and technology perspective.

  • Degree qualified or equivalent with 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Possession of project management related certifications (e.g. PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, etc.) is favourable but not required.
  • Any further studies or demonstrated self-learning will be highly regarded.
  • Experience in supporting a large team with transformation, organisational change, process optimisation or innovation projects, delivering commercial outcomes with a service-based industry.
  • Experience in helping to influence a diverse range of stakeholders through compelling business
  • Strong written and presentation skills and the ability to convert data into insight and prepare compelling, persuasive reports and presentations
