    Between December 20 and January 9, we encourage our people to take time to recharge and log off for their own wellbeing.

    As a Manager in our Data Assurance team your impact will be seen by:

    Exceptional knowledge of the data analytics process, from data understanding, cleansing, transformation, interpretation and presentation.


    Applying risk and compliance analytics to drive decision making for our clients, helping them to better manage risks, optimise processes and build trust with their stakeholders.


    Strong understanding and experience with data analytics tools, such as Alteryx, ACL, R, Python, Qlik Sense, Power BI and SQL Server.


    Leading small to medium teams (typically 2 to 5 people) to co-design, build and deliver risk and compliance data risk analytics solutions for our clients.

    Ability to partner with clients to discover the value of their data in the context of their business.

    Excellent acuity when interpreting risk analytics and strong presentation skills when delivering business insights.

    Mentoring of Consultants and Senior Consultants, in regards to data analytics and business acumen.

    About you


    You have a background in data analytics and will have qualifications in IT/ Computer Science and/ or Accounting, Commerce, Finance or similar.

    With 4 to 7 years of professional experience leading teams, you are passionate about problem solving, learning and applying your skills in data cleansing, wrangling, manipulation and visualisation/analysis.

    As well as hold an understanding of key data analytical tools and techniques.


    You will need to be hands-on and have experience developed in a consultative environment, be able to maintain a business perspective and delve into a detailed solution level as needed.

    You will have the ability to work in and lead teams to understand client commercial and technical objectives from stakeholders and translate those into a solution design.

    You will have demonstrated skills hypothesis-based problem solving and the ability to execute actions effectively.


    You will have good communication, presentation, project management and time-management skills, as well as being able to collaborate with end users, engineering teams and management.

    You will have the ability to handle multiple or large projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Both enthusiasm and drive are key in a leadership role in our team, helping shape and develop its future.

    Strong understanding of databases is essential as you will be able to collect and analyze complex datasets.

    Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy - data is often sourced from multiple systems (think transactional, application, security logs, CRM, ERP, etc).

    Intermediate experience with SQL and MS Excel is required, other experience with Python, R, SAS, data modelling, Alteryx, Tableau (or similar vis), GIT, JIRA, etc.

    Experience in product management concepts or solution design/delivery and experience with cloud data engineering (AWS, Google Cloud etc.) is desirable.

    Experience of business development, proposition and proposal development is desirable.
