Between December 20 and January 9, we encourage our people to take time to recharge and log off for their own wellbeing.
As such, the firm is in shutdown mode between these dates, and our teams will pause reviewing applications or holding interviews.

As a Manager / Senior Manager in our Transformation Assurance team your impact on corporate clients, governments and not-for-profits will be driven by your day-to-day activities:Leading the delivery of transformation project and program reviews by:
Reviewing project/program artefacts (including risk reports, business cases, business requirements documents, or project plans); and leveraging your experience and knowledge of better practice methodologies to identify key risks to success of projects/programs
Facilitate great client interactions to cut through the noise and get to the heart of critical issues impacting delivery and outcomes;
Communicating impactful insights and suggestions to a range of stakeholders to assist them in the delivery of strategic outcomes
Become a trusted advisor to project directors, executives and team members in relation to transformation activities
Understanding what makes our clients tick and what problems are top of mind for them; understanding how our skillset can help them solve those problems and putting forward propositions that demonstrate how we can do this most effectively.
Developing our people through coaching and mentoring junior colleagues, providing care and support where required and maintaining/enhancing the amazing culture we have developed at PwC.
Confident in interactions with Senior Executives, you have a background in a Consulting or Advisory role, with exposure to complex transformation programs or infrastructure projects.
Alternatively, you have deep experience in project/program management or related disciplines (including change management, business analyst, or benefits/finance management) and are skilled in proactively identifying project risks and finding appropriate solutions.
You have an advanced understanding of project management methodologies (preferably with an Agile, PMP, MSP, MoP, PRINCE2, PMBOK, or a similar certification), and feel comfortable leading project, program and portfolio reviews.

The minimum full time salary for this role is $158,600 including 10% Superannuation, however will be determined based on the skills and experience that the candidate brings.
