    About our client:

    Our client manages the South East region of Victoria's premier tourist destinations in Australia. They are a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to conservation and reinvest in the region's natural resources through research, environmental initiatives, and educational programs. With an annual visitor count exceeding one million across their four primary locations, our client is a prominent institution, serving as the region's largest employer.

    About the role:
    As the newly created Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping my clients recruitment efforts, drawing on your successful internal talent acquisition or recruitment experience. This position represents the culmination of your expertise;

    • With a strong background in end-to-end recruitment experience - advertising, telephone screening, shortlisting, managing talent pools, proactive recruitment strategies & interviewing;
    • The ability to ensure an awesome employee experience by supporting all areas of the employee lifecycle and driving a high-performing and engaged workplace;
    • Experience partnering with business leaders, advising, coaching and assisting them in working with their teams throughout the employment lifecycle;
    • Strong relationship-building abilities as you are a trusted partner to business leaders;
    • Highly developed interpersonal & communication skills- written and verbal;
    • Proactively identify opportunities for capability & process improvement for the department and business effectiveness;
    • Thrives on a fast paced environment.

    To be successful you will take a hands on, down to earth & supportive approach connecting with the team & fostering strong working relationships with all stakeholders.

    This is a full time contracted role, till December 2025.
