One of our clients within the government sector is seeking an experienced
Internal
Recruitment Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Work with procurement team to educate and support senior leaders with contingent workforce processes
  • Provide administrative support and coordination for events and workshops
  • Manage employment suitability screening
  • Coordinate and manage day 1 induction activities
  • Monitor overall progress of onboarding tasks in Service Portal
  • Maintain contingent workforce records in the HRIS

Key Skills/ Experiences:


  • Experience in working with Procurement services
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Understanding of Recruitment life cycle
  • Knowledge of HRIS Policies and procedures
  • Strong Communication skills
