Description

As an International Student Recruitment Officer, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client's global presence and attracting talented international students.

You will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with education agents, coordinating marketing campaigns, and driving new student enrollment through strategic sales campaigns.

Your efforts will contribute to the growth and success of our client's international student population.


Key Responsibilities:

Develop and nurture relationships with education agents to achieve sales targets:

  • Identify and establish relationships with education agents both onshore and in key regions such as South America, Europe, and South Asia.
  • Maintain regular contact with education agents to strengthen partnerships and ensure their continuous support in recruiting international students.
  • Collaborate with agents to understand their needs, provide necessary support, and address any concerns or issues they may have.

Establish agent networks onshore as well as in South America, Europe, and South Asia:

  • Identify and recruit new education agents in target regions to expand agent network.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential agents, evaluate their capabilities, and negotiate contracts and agreements.

Drive new student enrollment through strategic sales campaigns:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns targeted at attracting prospective international students.
  • Utilize various marketing channels, including digital platforms and social media, to promote programs and attract students.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and compelling content to attract the interest of potential international students.

Manage a network of Education Agents, promoting courses to prospective international students:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for education agents, providing them with up-to-date information about programs, admission requirements, and any changes in policies or procedures.
  • Assist agents in resolving inquiries or issues raised by prospective students or their families.

Assist in the preparation of marketing documentation and ensure marketing materials are compliant:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and update marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and website content.
  • Ensure all marketing materials comply with relevant regulations and accurately reflect programs, facilities, and services.
  • Review and proofread marketing documentation to maintain consistency and accuracy.

Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, expos, and career days:

  • Plan, organize, and execute marketing campaigns targeted at international students, including events, expos, career days, and virtual fairs.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, such as academic departments and admissions teams, to ensure smooth coordination of marketing activities.
  • Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, participant registration, and promotional materials, to maximize the impact of marketing events.

Facilitate daily operational needs of the Group by providing support and assistance to students, teachers, and the Academic Team:

  • Serve as a resource for students, teachers, and the Academic Team, addressing their questions and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Provide guidance and support to students regarding courserelated matters, including changes, progress, and attendance compliance.
  • Collaborate with teachers and the Academic Team to ensure smooth functioning of daily operations.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 24 per week


Salary:
$2, $4,000.00 per month
