We have an immediate requirement for a Talent Acquisition Advisor with our Client a Global Market leader in the Beauty industry.


This is a genuine Temp to Perm opportunity, working Monday to Friday in a flexible hybrid WFH (work from home) & office environment.

Leading the Global market in it's industry, our client is a reputable household name, looking to expand their internal Talent team to support their internal teams and strategy.


Description


The role is responsible for providing Talent Acquisition support, with a focus on advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, selecting and managing the offer process and on-boarding of new employees.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Support the Talent Team with a variety of administrative tasks
  • Conducting skilled reference checks and providing feedback to internal stakeholders
  • Provide support and advice on hiring decisions alongside line managers
  • Attend meetings as required to provide updates on recruitment progress and determine needs
  • Support the Talent Team with a variety of administrative tasks
and reporting needs.


Profile
Educational Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or related area (Desirable but not essential)
Desired Knowledge / Experience

  • Minimum 12 months experience in either a Recruitment (Agency or Internal) with a focus on commercial recruitment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Behavioural Skills / Competencies

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Time management skills
  • Flexibility is essential and ability to multitask
  • Sense of urgency and ability to manage time
  • Ability to communicate to all levels of the organisation
  • Demonstrative initiative and be able to work in a fast paced business environment
  • High level of professionalism and customer service focus.
Technical Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent Microsoft Office Suite.
