    Now, as the company embark on a period of significant change and gear up for substantial growth - there is a need for a talented Marketing Manager - Health; is a highly critical role, that plays a pivotal part in the company's ambitious expansion plans and long-term business strategy, encompassing strategic leadership, commercial planning, along with change and transformation requirements. The role involves overseeing the ANZ Health portfolio and marketing function, making it a rare opportunity for a senior consumer marketing leader.

    The Role
    The Marketing Manager - Health, with a deep understanding and solid career of dynamic brand marketing, leadership, category growth and product innovation will and will have a real vision to set out the growth agenda and steer the direction of the long-term brand marketing strategy for the Health portfolio. You will:

    • Develop and articulate a clear and innovative long-term Marketing strategy which is aligned to the business's 5-year vision.
    • Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and identity, ensuring consistency across all consumer touchpoints.
    • Collaborate closely with other key departments such as Sales, Category, R&D, and Operations to ensure integrated and cohesive strategies that drive overall business success.
    • Drive innovation in product offerings and packaging, ensuring alignment with consumer preferences and market trends
    • Work closely with the R&D & Sales teams to bring new and exciting products to market.
    • Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring that marketing initiatives enhance the overall customer experience and build strong, lasting relationships with our consumers.
    • Inspire and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing mentorship, guidance, and fostering a collaborative and creative work environment that increases team engagement.

    About You
    As the Marketing Manager - Health, you'll be expected to bring strategic vision, analytical and commercial acumen, and the ability to make decisions that drive positive change. You'll also have:

    • 8 years' consumer-led brand building experience, ideally in the Health & Wellness, retail or B2C pharma sector
    • Proven experience in building differentiated brands and brand equity in a consumer marketing environment
    • Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and decision-making skills
    • Innovative mindset with a keen eye for market trends and consumer insights
    • A background in product development and innovationStrong leadership skills and the ability to develop and mentor a team
    • Experience in strategic planning, and developing multi-layered marketing plans
    • A commercial mind-set with the ability to successfully grow a portfolio and generate profit
    • Proficiency in digital marketing and data analytics

    Finally, you'll be a real problem solver; proactively looking for improvement and positive change with a "can do" mentality and 'out of the box' thinking.
