    Job DescriptionDesign & Build are happy to bring to market the opportunity to join one of Melbourne's best known developers and builders as their Health & Safety Manager.

    With projects throughout the Metro area, our client has delivered high quality apartment & multi-residential builds for the last 30+ years.

    About the Role
    As the Health & Safety Manager, you will be responsible for driving the safety culture throughout the company.
    Split between the office & being out on site, your day to day responsibilities will include:Training & mentoring the site teamsManaging auditsWriting & reviewing existing policies and proceduresDriving safety cultureContractor management (where necessary)Incident investigationsSafety/ site walks (where necessary)About You5+ years' Health & Safety Manager experienceMulti-residential & apartment experience highly preferredDiploma of WHS or higherHigh level oral & written communication skillsA diplomatic approach to safetyAttention to detail, and an ability to articulate safety procedures & policiesValid drivers licenseIf this sounds like you, please click apply or submit your CV toAlex Cooper conversations will be treated with the strictest confidence#J-18808-Ljbffr
