About the Opportunity

This opportunity will manage the incident management system and has a key role in ensuring high levels of capability across the business in safety and wellbeing matters.

Key Accountabilities

  • System Implementation effectively implemented DoT's HSW management system and has ensured it is continuously improved.
  • HSW Capability developed HSW initiatives and services that improved HSW capability across the organisation.
  • HSW Objectives and Priorities developed health, wellbeing and injury management processes and policies that adhere to legislative and regulatory obligations through effecting monitoring and analysis of data
  • Stakeholder Satisfaction delivered a business partnership model to manage health, wellbeing and injury management initiatives and services, resulting in high levels of stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Effective People Leadership has provided effective leadership, people management and support to their team. Staff are engaged with high levels of cohesion and commitment and are delivering on the services required.
  • Promote and support safe, inclusive and flexible team operations.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Driver's License

  • Formal qualification in a relevant discipline such as health and safety, human resources or law
