    Description

    Joining our Client's Project Development Team you will play an integral role in
    helping to bring renewable energy (solar farms and battery energy storage systems) projects to life.

    In this role you will:

    • Coordinate project activities between various parties including a wide range of national and international stakeholders, network owners, system operators, original equipment manufacturers, governments, regulatory and financial institutions.
    • Assist with the delivery of generator connection packages.
    • Oversee preparation of project connection application (including all the activities at connection enquiry stage).
    • Lead discussions between various stakeholders in GPS development, issue resolving and project milestones.
    • Manage time, budget and resources to ensure projects' delivery in set milestones.
    • Assist in negotiations on Connection Agreements, Commercial Offers, etc.
    • Provide strategic technical advice for new connections.

    About you:

    • Demonstrated experience with Renewable Projects and proven track record in obtaining generation connection approvals within NEM HV and EHV networks.
    • Familiarity on NER, GPS requirements, NEM policies and rule changes.
    • Project management skills and ability to coordinate project activities between consultants, stakeholders and various authorities.
    • Experience delivering R0 or R1 packages for a generator connected to the National Electricity Market.
    • Engineering Bachelor's Degree.
    • 3+ years' in Renewable energy.
    • Good communication and negotiation skills, ability to liaise and influence internal and external customers.
