The Role We're Recruiting ForAs the General Manager, you will spearhead the Jerrabomberra Hotel, guiding its transition under new ownership and elevating the guest experience.
You'll lead a team of about 30, manage day-to-day operations, and align the hotel with Harvest Hotels' standards and strategic goalsWhat Harvest Hotels Offers:

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:
Oversee all aspects of the hotel's operations, ensuring service excellence.
Team Management:

Financial Oversight:
Manage financials, including budgeting, revenue management, and cost control.
Strategic Input:
Contribute to strategic planning and execution to ensure the hotel's growth and market integration.
Regulatory Compliance:

What We Are Looking For:
Proven Experience:
Must have previous General Manager experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a community-focused venue.
Leadership Skills:

Adaptability:
