    The Jerrabomberra Hotel is set to become a significant part of this vision, offering a community-focused atmosphere and quality service.

    The Role We're Recruiting For As the General Manager, you will spearhead the Jerrabomberra Hotel, guiding its transition under new ownership and elevating the guest experience.

    You'll lead a team of about 30, manage day-to-day operations, and align the hotel with Harvest Hotels' standards and strategic goals

    Key Responsibilities:

    Operational Leadership:
    Oversee all aspects of the hotel's operations, ensuring service excellence.

    Team Management:
    Lead and develop the team, fostering a positive and productive work culture.

    Financial Oversight:
    Manage financials, including budgeting, revenue management, and cost control.

    Strategic Input:
    Contribute to strategic planning and execution to ensure the hotel's growth and market integration.

    Regulatory Compliance:
    Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and standards.

    What We Are Looking For:

    Proven Experience:
    Must have previous General Manager experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a community-focused venue.

    Leadership Skills:
    Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.

    Community Engagement:
    A knack for integrating into and engaging with local communities, particularly in a pub setting.

    Adaptability:
    Able to manage transitions and embrace the challenges of taking over an existing venue.
