General/Business Unit Manager (CEO & General Management)

As a General Manager, you will be responsible to guide and manage a team of Sales Agents, Property Managers and Administration staff. The main focus will be to help inspire the team to continue to perform at a high standard, as well as assist with and encourage the personal and professional growth and development for those within your teams with a primary focus on sales development and training.

The Opportunity

Providing guidance, instruction, training, and leadership skills to inspire the team to perform at their optimum
Providing mentoring/support to similar roles across the network working with the leadership team
Creating and maintaining an environment that promotes positive communication, trust and respect
Team recruitment, onboarding and bonding of team members
Overseeing an experienced team with a well-established portfolio
Manage daily functions and systems
Weekly team meetings to engage everyone in cohesive work
1 on 1 meetings with staff members
Manage all KPI's
Assistance with auctions (if of interest)

To Be Successful

4-5 years' experience in a GM position or within management and sales (Real Estate experience highly advantageous but not necessary)
Positive attitude and willingness to make the most of this impressive opportunity
Strong team player with leadership qualities
Looking for a long-term role and stability
Have excellent customer service skills and experience
Be professionally presented, consistent and highly reliable
Love coming to work and making a positive contribution in a team environment
Have strong attention to detail
An Australian driver's license and reliable car
Certificate of Registration/Real Estate License desirable
