- Develop and execute strategies to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in the IT services industry
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target organizations
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions and proposals that meet client needs and requirements
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and market opportunities
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline and accurately forecast sales revenue
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay informed of industry trends and establish new relationships
- Work closely with the delivery team to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT services sales or business development
- Proven track record of successfully selling IT services solutions to enterprise clients
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of IT services industry trends and emerging technologies
- Ability to travel as needed
