    We are one of Australia's most respected home builders with 20 years of experience. We have built homes across Melbourne Victoria, and expanded into the Queensland. We offer demolition, residential and commercial build services, specialising in luxury, Architect-Design residential homes. We are on the lookout for an experienced Business Development Manager to join us.

    About role

    The role of Business Development Manager is required to help the business successfully develop and implement a professional sales and marketing strategy to ensure sales targets are met and the brand is developed to build a strong, reputable brand in the local market.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Identify and generate new business opportunities to further improve market share
    • Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth and positive customer ratings
    • Conduct high-level industry marketing research to identify new markets and customer needs, and develop effective sales solutions
    • Identify potential customers and obtain new customers for the Company abroad
    • Plan, direct, and implement the sales and marketing plans and advertising
    • Analyse and evaluate business and market trends and maintain a good understanding of market trends, developments and opportunities
    • Analyse and report on advertising and marketing campaigns
    • Analyse budgets, prepare annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales targets are met.
    • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

    To be successful, you will need to demonstrate:

    • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
    • At least five years of working experience as a business development manager or a relevant role
    • Proven record of sales growth
    • Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques
    • Experience in customer service, marketing, or a sales-related field
    • Possess a strong drive and hunger for success
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills
    • Knowledge of data analysis and report writing
    • Proficiency in MS Office
    • Time management and planning skills
    • The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures
