    The Role

    Responsible for driving specification and promoting Their Products and Services to key accounts predominately within the Architectural and Design community within Melbourne.

    The Successful Applicant

    • A proven sales track record in driving revenue, pipeline management and meeting sales targets (5+ years)
    • Strong understanding of end-to-end sales process within the A&D channel
    • Demonstrated experience in identifying new business opportunities, and growing and maintaining long-term business relationships, with a result-orientated focus
    • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with the wider organisation
    • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
    • Attention to detail across product, technical and design information
    • A strong work ethic and be self-motivated

    Responsibilities

    • Provide complete solutions for every customer to grow revenue and profitability
    • Responsible for achieving an individual sales target and actively contributing to overall team targets
    • Pro-actively generate project opportunities in line with pipeline specification targets
    • Required to understand design documentation while providing solution-based selling with product and technical information
    • Maintain and develop strong relationships with key accounts at all levels
    • Regular travel to Canberra

    Paying a $115k Base + Super + $20k car + uncapped commissions ($OTE - $200k)
