Our client is a highly successfully, private equity backed business that is a leading provider of information management solutions to the Australian market.
With an enormous market revenue of $70 million, a wonderful opportunity exists for a committed account manager to foster the company's relationships with their clients and therefore grow the company's footprint in the market.
A team of experienced industry leaders have a vision to transform and elevate the information management industry and are looking for a skilledAccount Manager to help drive this vision.
The key responsibilities of this role will include:
- Identifying, approaching and converting potential new clients in order to grow their footprint in the market, and the decision makers within the client organisation;
- Continuing to build relationships with existing clients with the objective of growing the size of the account;
- Acting as an overall contact and escalation point, and realising that you are an extension of the clients brand;
- Acting as an intermediary between company executives and decisionmakers within potential client businesses;
- Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives;
- Proactively engaging with customers to advise on permanent rectification of an issue.
- Identifying a range of opportunities in existing portfolios;
- Handling objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion;
- Drawing upon a broad range of persuasive and negotiation skills designed to create a mutually beneficial outcome for all parties.
In order to be considered for this outstanding, career-defining opportunity you will have:
- Minimum 5 years experience in Office/Business Services environment;
- Professional services experience is highly regards but not essential;
- Ability to work autonomously and work within a cooperative work culture;
- Excellent communication, client presentation and people skills;
- Demonstrated high levels of initiative, tenacity and enthusiasm;
- Ability to generate revenue out of book of captive accounts;
