    Job Title

    Sr. Project Manager

    Purpose of the Role

    We are looking for someone to lead Airport Solutions, like passenger processing systems, workstreams for a Program of works. The Senior Project Manager will have overall responsibility to lead the work package team from initial engagement, planning, through to systems test completion and cutover using project management methodology and governance.

    Main Responsibilities


    • Overall responsibility of the program or work-streams execution

    • Initiating and planning goals for programs or work-streams according to the strategic objectives of the customer project

    • Planning the program or work-streams from start to completion involving deadlines, milestones, processes, and reporting/presentation of the same to the management on a regular basis.

    • Review and provide inputs to the Integrated Master schedule which fully reflects inter-dependencies, delivery and other requirements

    • In-depth understanding and execution of financial processes like Cost Control, Invoice Control, Change management processes, etc. Escalate any issue impacting costs, delivery timeline or scope

    • Building and updating risks and issues, escalating risks and issues in a timely manner

    • Manage changes to the project plan, manage change control process and participate in change process activities to ensure they reflect realistic project delivery requirements.

    • Conducts various work-stream's review status meetings and reporting to management

    • Drive Program Status meeting with customers and as well as a Steering Committee.

    • Refine and finalize Project / Program scope statement on the basis for future program decisions.

    • Identify all activities necessary to achieve all program or work-stream related deliverables, and monitor through the delivery

    • Organize knowledge transfer during the transition phase for the work-stream

    • Manage multiple projects as necessary and as directed by management

    . Engage in various Pre-sales activities , Customer CxO level engagement, various SMEs and cross team engagement

    APAC Revenue Contribution

    • Generate customer acceptance criteria and ensure receipt of an acceptance certificate(s)

    • Build and manage program or work-streams, core team, budgets and its operations certificate(s)Manage changes to the Project/program plan

    •Responsible for managing change as per direction from management

    •Generate Change request forms as required and obtain appropriate customer and internal approval, in line with project governance standards

    Customer Engagement

    •Lead Customer Project / Program Status meeting and Project / Program Steering Committee

    Scope Management

    •Refine and finalized Project scope statement on the basis for future program decisions.

    •Identify all activities necessary to achieve all Project or work-stream related deliverables, and monitor through the delivery

    •Escalate any issue impacting costs, delivery timeline or scope to management

    Experience Required

  • Minimum 10 years in managing large programs, and 15 Years in IT
  • With 10+ years in building/ monitoring Integrated project schedules and co-ordination
  • Experience with Aviation Industry, especially working with Airport and Financial Management solution is added advantage
