As a Training Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing the online/onsite training courses for medical professionals.
You will take ownership of the project management process, ensuring the smooth implementation of the course and the successful delivery of training content.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the implementation of online training courses
- Collaborate with internal teams, to ensure the seamless integration and promotion of the training course
- Work closely with team to gather training content and materials, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and compliance with industry regulations.
- Monitor and track course progress, addressing any issues or challenges that may arise during the implementation phase.
- Collaborate with external vendors and contractors, as necessary, to ensure the smooth functioning of the online training platform.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with learning management systems and online training platforms preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Experience working in Healthcare Industry
