Our client company specialises in allograft tissue processing. They have a strong focus on education and training to ensure the highest level of expertise and patient outcomes.


As a Training Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing the online/onsite training courses for medical professionals.

You will take ownership of the project management process, ensuring the smooth implementation of the course and the successful delivery of training content.


Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate the implementation of online training courses
  • Collaborate with internal teams, to ensure the seamless integration and promotion of the training course
  • Work closely with team to gather training content and materials, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Monitor and track course progress, addressing any issues or challenges that may arise during the implementation phase.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and contractors, as necessary, to ensure the smooth functioning of the online training platform.

Requirements:


  • Familiarity with learning management systems and online training platforms preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Experience working in Healthcare Industry
