You will be responsible for planning, guiding, and directing the seamless execution of projects from concept to handover. Your role is pivotal in ensuring alignment with stakeholder requirements, safety standards, cost controls, and timelines. You will lead efforts to mitigate risks, achieve project objectives, and ensure utmost client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement project strategies aligned with the overall strategy and corporate objectives.
  • Lead the implementation of a risk management strategy for efficient project management.
  • Establish cost management systems to effectively monitor and optimize project costs.
  • Develop and monitor functional budgets, ensuring alignment with financial performance.
  • Lead and oversee a team of Project Managers, ensuring functional objectives through effective leadership and team motivation.
  • Establish and manage cost management systems for efficient monitoring and optimization of project costs.
  • Develop and implement functional policies, systems, and controls.
  • Ensure compliance with procedural and legislative requirements for consistent, costeffective service delivery.
  • Direct the development of project charters, plans, and construction schedules.
  • Collaborate with the development team for a smooth transition from concept to construction.
  • Lead the selection of vendors and contractors.
  • Establish project execution plans aligned with master plans.
  • Oversee quality assurance and control criteria.
  • Manage all project aspects from planning to handover, ensuring adherence to plans and quality standards.
  • Ensure contractor compliance and effectively resolve escalated matters.
  • Track punch lists and maintain compliance with government regulations.
  • Collaborate with teams to effectively manage project risks.
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to achieve client satisfaction.
  • Foster strong contractor relationships for successful project outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and sustainability.
  • Drive productivity, adhere to global standards, and implement costreduction strategies.
  • Implement comprehensive field reports to track progress.

Qualifications and Experience:


  • A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably overseeing the construction of residential communities, hotels, or Residential Towers.
  • Proven track record in leading and managing largescale teams across multiple locations.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, financial planning, and cost control.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire crossfunctional teams.
  • A "handson" approach to Project Management.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
