- Provide comprehensive and confidential administrative support services to facilitate service delivery goals.
- Manage calendars efficiently, prioritising appointments and rearranging as needed.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, events, travel, and expense claims.
- Support various meetings by preparing agendas, briefings, notes, and follow-ups.
- Professionally handle phone calls, redirecting or taking messages and addressing queries.
- Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and documents.
- Research and gather data on specific topics for reports and issue responses.
- Keep Leadership Team members well-informed of upcoming commitments and issues.
- Act as a liaison between the Leadership Team and other stakeholders, scheduling meetings and maintaining clear communication.
- 5+ years of experience supporting executives and senior management.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, maintaining a positive and resilient demeanour under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail in written and verbal communication, including proofreading.
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Expertise in handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
- Self-motivated and highly productive, capable of working independently.
- Flexible and proactive approach to work, adept at prioritisation for successful outcomes.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and communication technology.
- Quick adaptation to new technology and acquisition of technical skills.
- Qualifications in Business Administration, Management, Health Management, or a related field.
- Healthcare organisation experience.
